ATEK, Close Joint Stock Company (none-state owned) is a leading engineering enterprise of Ukraine.

Established in 1898, our enterprise has been specialized in the development and design of farm machinery, in 1948 we started to develop and design road-building machinery.

We has gained prominence and acknowledgement in the former Soviet Union as Kyiv Excavator Plant for our leading position among the manufacturers of different hydraulic excavators (wheel, crawler and backhoe loaders).

High performance equipment, advanced know-how and highly professional personnel make it possible to expand the range and to improve the quality of the manufactured products.

Most machines manufactured by ATEK are exported to CIS countries, to the Russian Federation above all. Marketing of products, intermediate maintenance and maintenance after the expiry of warranty period and creation of most favorable conditions for the operation of such machinery to the satisfaction of the customers are provided for by an organized network of business partner organizations of ATEK in mentioned countries.

ATEK today means a reliability, trouble-free operation and versatility and a variety of ideas and solutions resulting in a high performance of machinery manufactured by ATEK.

In 2004 and first half of the 2005 year, excavators and backhoe loaders manufactured by ATEK were delivered to the following countries: the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Latvia and Egypt.
